i. Meeting called to order by Supervisor Rosser.
ii. Members present: Rosser, Houston and Peterson. Members absent: Payne & Mackey
Others present: 2 area residents and Mike Mongar from the Cadillac Fire Dept
iii. The meeting was opened with the pledge to the American flag and to a brief public comment.
iv. Minutes of the April meetings regular and special were approved as presented, with the
addition of assessor’s name added to those present at the regular April meeting. All in favor
v. Agenda was approved as amended. All in favor.

a. Motion by Houston, seconded by Rosser, to have Clerk put in paper a notice pertaining to the unused burial spaces that haven’t been used for almost 100 yrs.
All in favor. Carried,
b Motion by Houston, seconded by Peterson, to send (via phone call) the Twp’s stand
on House bill regarding the exemptions during spring weight restrictions and to ask
Rep. Phil Potvin to vote NO on the bill. Supervisor Rosser said that he would call.
All in favor. Carried,
c. Motion by Houston, seconded by Peterson, to pay bills as presented
Roll call. All in favor. Carried,
d. Motion by Houston, seconded by Peterson to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:00
