CLAM LAKE TOWNSHIP approved
REGULAR MEETING
November 11, 2014 7:00 P.M.
i. Meeting called to order by Supervisor Rosser.
ii. Members present: Payne, Rosser, Mackey, Kitler and Peterson. Members absent: None
Others present: 1 area resident, Mark McKeown DDA and assessor, Molly Whetstone.
iii. The meeting was opened with the pledge to the American flag and to a brief public comment.
iv. Minutes of the October regular meeting were approved as presented.
v. Motion by Mackey, seconded Kitler, to approve agenda with additions.. All in favor. Carried.
vi. Unfinished business
a Motion by Mackey, seconded by Peterson, to table the website discussion until we figure out zoning and pending outcome of lawsuits. Roll call vote . Ayes: Rosser, Mackey, Payne, Peterson. No: Kitler. Carried
vii. New Business
a Motion by Mackey, seconded by Payne, to allow our attorney to contact Selma and Cherry Grove Townships to see about their interest in jointly working with Clam Lake Twp. to develop a unified zoning ordinance along with a joint zoning /planning commission. All in favor. Carried
b Motion by Mackey, seconded by Kitler, to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. All in favor. Carried
cMotion by Kitler, seconded by Payne, to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:30
