SPECIAL MEETING

September 9, 2011

4:30 P.M.

i   Special meeting was called to order by Supervisor Rosser.   Meeting was properly noticed and posted in compliance with the State of Michigan Open Meetings Act, P.A. 267 of 1976, as amended

ii. Members present: Rosser, Payne, Houston, and Mackey & Peterson.  Absent: None.

 Others present: Assessor Molly Whetstone.

iii.              Motion by Houston, seconded by Mackey to go into closed session.  All in favor.  Carried.

iv.               Went into closed session at 4:31. Went out of closed session at 5:00.

v.                Motion by Mackey, seconded by Payne to have the committee of Dale Rosser, Jim Houston, and Molly Whetstone speak with Haring Township regarding partnering for services with Haring Twp.  Roll call vote.  All in favor. Carried.

vi.              Motion to adjourn.  Meeting adjourned at 5:05.
